Me and my ex girlfriend split up one week ago, and she has told me the reasons why. She says it's mainly down to the age gap between us, and also lots of smaller problems that have added up to one big thing. However I have found all my flaws & problems and I have fixed them, and she knows this now. I think she is prepared to give me a 2nd chance – regarding the problems.

However, she isn't sure over the age gap, she thinks it's "wrong". There are 4 years between us and we're both still young. We've been going out for 7 months though, and I never put a foot out of line, and all of our parents and friends accepted us being together and were happy for us It was perfect. Now all of a sudden she says "it doesn't feel right, it feels wrong cus of the 4 year age gap".

She is just so so stubborn and strong on the outside, but inside I know she is very soft. How do I convince her that age is just a number? Even her mum has told her age doesn't matter, but she's so stubborn that she just doesn't listen. I have wrote a letter explaining everything and I am going to surpirse her with it one day soon, but what else can I do to make her convince the age gap isnt wrong? I think there is still a spark left, and I am going to do whatever it takes to light up. So, what can I do? Thanks ++"

i met my husband when i was 15 and he was 20 at first i thought it was grate i had a older boyfriend my friends would be jelous because he drove a car n there bf where still at school and mines was droping me off at school. my dad wasnt to pleased but anywae i thought it was grate 3days after my 16th birthday i found out i was pregnant and that was it. i hated him everything about him made me feel sick. his age, car, even the aftershave he wore. i didnt want a baby i wanted my life back i wanted to be a silly we lassie i new i was, but he just wouldnt give up everywhere i went he was there he wrote me letters that i still have to this day, he came to my house spock to my mum and dad even wrote them letters but i still wasnt interested,

but on september 11th 2005 that all changed i gave birth to our beautiful daughter demi and he was there to see her come into the world, and on that day at 8.47pm i looked at him and new he was the one for me i loved him so much and it was just such a moment ill never forget.

and on 16th may 2008 we got married we will be 2 years married this year now im 21 and hes 26, and we still love each other as much as we did before and we are trying for another baby.
